Unmanned Aerial Vehicles are getting more and more visible in today`s military aviation. Companies develop new designs that require minimum human interference. Now they are much more technologically supreme than they were ten years ago. UAVs can now carry sophisticated weapons like hellfires. They can stay airborne for longer periods.
Predator and Hawk are two examples for such a progress. They ease the pilot`s burden on the battlefield. Whether the UAVs will replace the actual pilots, that only time will tell.
